Returns + Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with us! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If you would like to exchange an item, notify us of the item you would like to exchange your item for. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your exchange item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the returned item and send out the new item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item as well as the cost to ship out the new exchanged item.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from you refund.
